Privacy policy

Following the entry into force of the European RGPD legislation, ENYGEA Group entities inform you in a transparent manner about how your personal data is used.

1/ Prospect data, requests for information, quotes and call-backs

Data and information about our potential customers are collected and stored by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, who are the joint data controllers. The purpose of collecting this information (identity, contact details, function, interest in a range, messages and associated responses) is to manage prospect relations (sometimes in the context of grouped quotations between several Group entities). Only customer service and branch staff dealing with prospective customers are authorized to access the data communicated or recorded. The maximum data retention period is 3 years after the prospect relationship has ceased. The legal basis for the use and processing of our prospects’ personal data may be based on the consent of the parties concerned or the legitimate interest of potential customers or our legitimate interest as property lessors and service providers. We point out that we transfer prospect data to other entities of the ENYGEA Group. We would also like to point out that we may enrich our prospect data via third-party B2B partner databases and public information, notably from professional networks.

2/ Customer and contact data to be delivered

Personal information on our buyers and renters as well as their possible interlocutors is recorded by ENYGEA or WC LOC or HAPPEE SERVICES or MOOV&COOK or WATERLAB or SWITTEC or BASESCLEAN which is the data controller according to the entity which invoices the customer. The purpose of this collection and storage of personal data (identity, contact details, any professional function, order and commercial exchange histories, nominative accounting documents, any insurance supporting documents) is the management of customer relations, customer support, the execution of services and associated invoicing, as well as the optimization of means and resources shared by ENYGEA Group entities to provide its services. Only management and customer-facing staff have access to the necessary data. The maximum retention period for personal data is set at 5 years after the end of the service for delivery contacts, 5 years after the end of the commercial relationship for buyer data, and 10 years for nominative accounting documents.
The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data may be based on :
– the performance of a commercial or subcontracting relationship evidenced by an order agreement;
– or the execution of applicable sales and rental conditions ;
– or our legitimate interest as lessor and service provider;
– or the legitimate interest of the parties concerned;
– or the enforcement of any applicable legislation.
Please note that we may supplement our customer data with public information (e.g. from the commercial register). We point out the transfer of customer and contact data between different ENYGEA Group entities. We also point out the transfer of our customer and contact data to delivery or cleaning service providers.

3/ Satisfaction surveys

ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, the joint data processors, have set up a questionnaire system to assess the satisfaction of Enygea Group prospects and customers. The purpose of this collection of information (identity, contact details, satisfaction responses, segmentation data, consents and associated proofs of consent) is to manage the improvement of our services, which are sometimes marketed on a shared basis between Enygea group entities, and to collect any consents and opinions. Only the managers of the companies concerned, the Marketing Department and Group Management, as well as all staff in contact with customers and prospects, are authorized to access the data communicated or recorded. The maximum data retention period is 3 years. The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data from our satisfaction surveys may be the consent of the parties concerned or our legitimate interest as property lessors and service providers. We would like to point out that we transfer data from our surveys to other ENYGEA Group entities.

4/ Directory and contact-partner directory

A listing-partner system (potential or active) has been set up by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, who are the joint data controllers. The purpose of this record, which contains personal data (surname, first name, job title, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.), is to manage the partner relationship. Only the management and staff concerned are authorized to access the data communicated or recorded. We inform our partners that we may enrich our data with public information. Personal data is stored for 5 years after inactivity. The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data is the consent of the parties concerned or our legitimate interest as a company.

5/ Data on referenced or potential suppliers

The identity of the contact persons at our referenced or potential suppliers, all documents or data provided to become a supplier as well as the accounting documents of our suppliers are collected by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN who are the joint data processors for supplier relationship management and accounting purposes. Only management, staff in charge of purchasing, supplier-related projects, and the accounting department are authorized to access recorded or communicated data. The maximum data retention period is set at 3 years for potential suppliers, 5 years after the last purchase for active suppliers, and 10 years for accounting documents. The legal basis for the use and processing of your personal data is based on the consent of the parties concerned or our legitimate interest as a purchaser or the performance of a purchase contract. We would like to point out that, in rare cases, we may enrich our active or potential supplier data with public information.

6/ Job application or internship request

ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, the joint data controllers, will collect your CV, any covering letter and any other documents or data you may provide when applying for a job (whether unsolicited or not), as well as any data you may provide us with from previous employers, in order to assess the suitability of your professional profile for a potential vacancy. Only the HR department and the managers concerned, as well as the administrators of the recruitment applications, are authorized to access the data communicated. The maximum data retention period is 2 years after the relationship with the applicant has ceased. The legal basis for the use and processing of your personal data is based on your consent or your legitimate interest as a job seeker or our legitimate interest as a recruiter. We would like to point out that, in rare cases, we transfer CVs to recruitment agencies or temporary employment agencies, as well as to institutional partners or partners involved in similar, related or complementary activities. Please note that we may supplement our candidate database with public information or information from recruitment agencies.

7/ Secure IT architecture

Our data and those of our customers are hosted in France in our secure premises and outsourced datacenters, most of which are iso27001-certified in Europe. However, we would like to point out that we use Privacy Shield-certified SaaS tools (notably Google Form), which can securely transfer some of our data outside the EU. In any case, we do not transfer any data to countries not recognized by the EU as guaranteeing data security and confidentiality.

8/ Your rights

We inform you that information on our contacts of all kinds (alternants, suppliers, partners, etc.) may be transferred to institutional or dispute resolution partners, or even audit partners: Pursuant to European legislation and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, limit, port and delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to their processing for legitimate reasons.
